VICIdial "Dispo Call URL"

In VICIdial admin, open Campaigns → [your campaign] → Dispo Call URL and paste the URL below. It fires the moment an agent dispositions a call, so recordings arrive here in real time. Replace YOUR_WEBHOOK_SECRET with the value you set as the WEBHOOK_SECRET Cloudflare secret.

Used to download each call's recording from VICIdial. Needs an API-enabled VICIdial user with User Level 7+ and "View Reports".

Additional VICIdial servers (Sources)

Register each extra VICIdial server so the portal can fetch its recordings. Give each a short id (e.g. c2), then on that server's campaigns use the Dispo URL shown below (it has &src=<id>). Your main server needs nothing here.

Disposition allowlist (optional)

Only keep calls with these VICIdial dispo codes (comma-separated). Leave blank to store every dispositioned call.

Your VICIdial server URL and API credentials are stored as Cloudflare secrets (VICI_BASE_URL, VICI_API_USER, VICI_API_PASS, WEBHOOK_SECRET) — see the README. Level 2 access required to view/edit settings.
